I agree. I think it does a lot for the work. Futa especially has a bad tendency to get too abstract, especially with large size differences or soft-hyper or whatever. The bladder and prostate are things that actually mark out the anatomy of what's happening in terms of actual tension and force being applied to a coherent body, rather than the lifeless elastic goo balloon style that e.g. DA furries are lampooned for.
