different squishy, but i think biology is harder than cs in some sense, it's harder to get a foundation because everything is so scattered. in CS you can start with boolean logic and you will understand the foundations but in biology it's much harder to do that.

have only skimmed it, should read it in full. this part is interesting:

so the equivalent of binary and boolean logic in biology is... physical shapes. no one will tell you that in a biology class, they're just making you remember useless shit which makes you lose interest
