lole, it didn't cross my mind at all that the timestamp could just be spoofed but of course it can be, didn't really think this through...

the key was actually uploaded to a key server after it was created but doesn't seem like that provides any information on upload date either

out of the total of like 3 people that ever emailed me, one person actually did pgp encrypt the emails to my public key i shared here, so they at the very least could vouch for the key existing in the past, but then you would need to trust them instead...
