Most trans girls are way too self-conscious to the point of self-sabotage. I've seen countless passgen threads on /lgbt/ and the only people who don't end up passing are super autists that give zero effort. Every issue a trans girl faces when trying to pass and transition has at least some solution or guide on the internet:

Deep voice = Voice training
Hairy body = Epilator & laser hair removal
Broad shoulders = Clothing styles
Masculine face and jawline = Makeup and glasses

I pass well enough at work that customers think I'm a cis woman. All I do is use eyelash makeup, put on some earring, tie my long hair in a ponytail and put on women's glasses before work and that only takes ten mimutes at most. If you don't try to pass then it's just a skill issue on your part.
