It's a very common thing with feminists too, it's like a hivemind where they think that a feminist dictator would turn out in favor for every woman alive. There's not much empirical data to go off so it's all speculation but there are plenty of misogynist, male dictators who made life much harder for men en masse despite seeing them as superior. Excluding the cases where they went to war, most dictators made even intellectual men perform very trivial toil even if it would've benefited society by a lot more if they stuck with whatever they were trained in.
