My life is absolute hell right now. I'm unable to do anything at all, I can't sleep, and even if I do it only lasts for 2-3 hours, and even that is full of nightmares. Every day it just keeps getting worse...

gosh thats the worst. are you sleeping twice a day? but in like short sleep cycles? maybe you could try sleeping medicine? they can be kinda useful for when you feel lethargic but cant sleep properly..

I only sleep once a day but spend several hours just suffering in my bed, trying to fall asleep. I took meds for it before but quit because it only made it worse. Alcohol worked for a while but now it does nothing.

but not me! i apreciate u! most of the time anyways. mostly when ur on ur best behavior. like when u avoid using cuss words and when u say nice things about other people and when you are trying ur best. i like it when u do those things!

lately ive been so much more secluded than normal. i think that sort of thing can change you. but the weird thing is that, you cant quite perceive it. change? in what sort of way? and is it change for the better or for the worse? its kinda ambiguous. but i can feel my heart strings getting tugged. there are moments of sadness that suddenly hit me. im honestly not really sure but It must feel nice to feel loved, right?
