I used the most popular filling that they use in Japan (tuna mayo). 
It's a good combo a nice balance between salty and umami. 
You gotta use the Japanese kind of mayo though, not the western mayo.

Congrats! They look really nice!
Picrel is mine that I made back in February (just like you, for the first time), I used a plastic wrap to shape them. Its hard but the taste really worth it, and just like >>58204 said making your own mayo will make them fantastic.
