you just go outside, there's basically nobody under 30 outside anyway so you shouldn't feel too intimidated, all the fun stuff costs money tho

ehh ill have to try this too! honestly yeah the idea of someone being with you makes things feel a lot safer. 

actually i just realized you can leave while the sun is still out and that actually makes it seem way less scary too. so maybe the way to build courage is to gradually start staying out later?

you know i always kinda figured i would eventually find someone who i could accompany anywhere and then i wouldnt feel afraid anymore

it never really got to that point though. my introverted ways perhaps limited any sort of chance of meeting the right person. but really its a bit childish isnt it? 

almost like i was yearning to be dependant on someone

and so thats why i wanna learn how to conquer my fear. i wanna learn how to enjoy things on my own. even if its super scared and i have social anxiety and stuff.

when i think of them i wonder if maybe i could be courageous enough to save them too.
