i've been really miserable this past week and it got bad to the point where i had a nervous breakdown last night and couldn't calm down
i thought i finally started cheering up after a movie and realized afterward that i missed the deadline for something important and now i just feel so fucking out of it
nothing feels real the dissociation is just so bad
i need someone who makes me feel safe so badly and will just listen to me
