The burger I made was so good. Lamb burger pressed flat against the frying pan with wafer thin onions fried in extra virgin olive oil. Lightly fried some shredded ham and melted some cheddar and mozarella on top of the burger patty. I put it all together in a toasted sesame seed brioche bun with two long pickles and mustard.

I didn't know they made burgers out of lamb meat
I burnt my chicken steaks in the oven because I spent too much time looking at different kitchen roll holders online.
