Snacking is dangerous, eating while bored and distracted is even more so.
Don't keep easy to binge foods in your house, you can reach your ideal weight in a few months if you stick to one meal a day no matter the size of the meal unless it's something like eating a whole pizza in one sitting.

This is true.
I've just lost 20 kilos using weight loss drugs and discovered that it's not what you eat that causes you to gain weight but how much you eat. 
All you need to do to lose weight is eat small portion sizes.

Literally all they do is stop you from feeling hungry. 
You can go the whole day without eating and not feel a thing.
It's like you've escaped part of the human condition. 
Things like food cravings and the gnawing ache of your stomach become stupid and trivial.

running in general is hard because my ankles are really weak and they need support. also i havent' ran since recovering from surgeries- or, i ran once, but that was just to see if i could, and i ended up hurting one of my ankles. i hate how much work everything takes qwq it's so much easier to just not eat anything

for weak ankles, i can't really suggest much more than calf, peroneal and tibialis muscle exercises, I still think you should do squats and hip thrusts to add mass to your butt without using your lower legs, it'll take months to start seeing results, or maybe you should just eat more, the E will send it to your butt automatically

just like how it's easy to get used to eating smaller portions after a few days of dieting, it's easy to acclimate yourself to eating bigger and bigger portions if you force it for a week or two, your body just gets used to eating more and you get "hungry" if you don't eat this amount of food daily  even if it'll make you fat.
I'm sure trying to undo this mental brain chemistry stuff is hard, I hear overweight people some literally burn out the part of their brain that handles satiety because they learn to ignore the "i'm full" hormones because they're present at all times.
