Was it a GPU?
I've been waiting on my new 4060 since march 20th because I wanted to save money and buy from a German site that had no sales tax and better prices than the retailer pre-scalped prices in the US, they said it was in stock and it turns out they were waiting on their supplier just like the US sites, they even begged me to not cancel after they ignored my messages for a whole week.

All in all I saved like $80 but I could have had it nearly 2 weeks ago if I bought on newegg US, i don't really need it rn even though I'm replacing a 1650 so it's fine, I'll probably never buy a GPU ever again with the direction games are going tbh, $80 msrp AAAA unoptimized slop that can't even maintain 60fps ultra settings on a $2000 graphics card

I'm almost in exact same scenario and mindset rn, except I opted for a 3070 due to the scandals surrounding 40xx series and its new power connector, didn't wanna risk it, hope yours will turn out ok. But it's good too see such widespread customer burnout and people choosing to play older titles. 
All I wanna play are strategy games and maybe some low spec shooters myself, where having the latest and best graphics card doesn't matter  anyway

4060s only come with standard 6 and 8 pins so it's fine, as a 115w card, it can't be beat in power efficiency but amd and even used nvidis cards are a better value (more vram) if you aren't needing a low profile card like me.
I feel like more people are gonna be buying it soon with the upcoming tariffs and the guaranteed disappointment that will be the 5060 (still 8gb vram lmao), the only cards you can buy at MSRP at all rn are 4060 and 5070 which have been utterly shat on by elitists because nvidia wanted more money and sold a 4050 die at *60 prices and now a *60 die at *70 prices, nvidia's entire gamer market is only like 15% of their revenue right now you'd think they'd try to screw gamers even harder.

ETA got pushed off to tuesday now why the hell did i even pay almost twice more in shipping
