it's just edgy and silly, with implausible situations 
the "horror" aspect is just some scenes of the girl getting red eyes and stabbing people, and basically you don't even know what's going on or why things are happening 
the only good part is when the protagonist goes to her aunt's and the aunt is hot as fuck and pretty crazy too, she's covered in bandages and starts fondling the protagonist 
and we never get an explanation for this or what was the point of that
