It's interesting how they word it but they seem way more concerned about irreversible surgical procedures, namely tomboys getting their breasts lopped off because they've been brainwashed by the TTTT cult into thinking they're trans men, because while I've never heard of any trans women getting bottom surgery, I hear about tomboyish lesbos getting top surgery all the time, and I think this is far more damaging to society than letting it continue unabated
