if you disassociate and stop recognizing your own face in the mirror after staring for too long, like, if you look at yourself and you know youre the voice inside your head but you don't really accept the meat husk surrounding it to be your body, then you're probably dysphoric
I dissociate continuously throughout the day.
Not very, if you're looking at 3dpd and expecting to see something you care about
But yes, we're all dysphoric. That's why we're on the internet, because things aren't fulfilling.

I really think that troonery is going to blow back on the popular culture in terms of discourse and methods of dealing with the massive waves of dysphoria that'll really pick up when transhumanist practices pick up speed.
it's pretty easy to disassociate tho, just stop giving your brain inputs and it gets distracted, or keep giving it the same input constantly, staring at the same face for minutes will do that, so will staring at words till they don't make sense anymore, the neurons handling that interaction get tired and stop firing as hard kinda like a refractory period and you get weirded out because the stimuli is all wrong
