Semen is a given but you probably would have trouble finding 1000mg of it regularly unless ur a slut, my reasoning at the time was that semen is packed full of male androgens and when incidental amounts of environmental androgens are ingested, they get aromatized to estrogen in the body, so eating semen would eventually feminize you too.
