There's more optimal niggering to be had by moving your hand when you type, such that your ring and middle finger are over er when you're striking gg with the index. Now, this is a little conditional because I usually strike spacebar with my left thumb and moving my hand puts me out of place to do that the normal way, but when I use 'nigger' as a password for like php chats and the like, I'm hitting enter with my right hand rather than space. Likewise, when I'm chaining niggers together (in passwords or otherwise) it's usually without spaces, and the ni doesn't require your left hand to return to the home row. It's only one key in the same direction for all digits and the gg with your index finger gives you time for the rest of your hand to rotate up into position.
