You need to put on muscle (and lose fat but not necessarily weight). It shouldn't pool out liek that unless you're on a flat hard surface with your thighs elevated, your assbone and hip should sort of 'cut into' carpet and make your thighs keep their shape if you're not a fatty.
I bet you have a saggy ass
